Our focus is on supporting customers with high-performance materials and precision-engineered components that meet evolving industrial demands. We continuously strive to enhance efficiency, optimize performance, and provide reliable solutions that drive long-term value and success.
Melting
Medium Frequency Induction Furnaces (Inductotherm and Electrotherm) with crucibles ranging from 200 kg to 2000 kg ensure efficient and controlled melting operations. This advanced setup allows precise temperature control, uniform metal composition, and consistent quality, enabling the production of high-grade castings for a wide range of industrial applications.
Moulding
CO2 and No-Bake moulding processes are utilized to ensure high precision, excellent surface finish, and dimensional accuracy in castings. These advanced moulding techniques provide strong mould integrity, reduce defects, and enable the production of complex shapes, making them ideal for a wide range of industrial applications.
Heat Treatment
Gas-fired, fully automatic temperature-controlled furnaces ensure uniform heat distribution and precise thermal processing. With a capacity of up to 3.5 tons, these furnaces enable consistent heat treatment, enhancing the mechanical properties, strength, and durability of cast components while maintaining strict quality standards.
Fettling
Equipped with swing grinders for fast execution and flexible shaft grinders for precision work, our fettling operations ensure efficient removal of excess material and smooth finishing. Shot blasting is carried out to achieve a clean and flawless surface finish, while a range of pneumatic tools further enhance speed, accuracy, and overall productivity in the fettling process.
Pattern Shop
Our facility includes dedicated, systemized pattern storage along with an in-house workshop for quick modifications and maintenance. Patterns are precisely designed and tailored to suit specific moulding processes such as shell, no-bake, and CO2 sand, ensuring optimal performance and accuracy. This in-house capability significantly reduces lead times, enhances flexibility, and minimizes dependency on third-party suppliers, thereby lowering quality risks and ensuring consistent results.
Testing Facilities
Our advanced testing facilities include the Bruker Columbus Quontron Q (PMT Base) for highly accurate chemical analysis, ensuring precise material composition. Physical testing is conducted using an FSA UTM with 40-ton capacity to verify strength and performance. Additionally, hardness testers, a metallurgical microscope, and dye penetration testing are utilized to ensure structural integrity, surface quality, and adherence to stringent quality standards.
